Birds Of A Feather

Anabela recently(ish) posted a DIY for glitter feathers on the blog of one of my favorite magazines, Frankie. I loved the project and promptly went to my nearest mercerie to pick up some materials. I would have preferred to use gold glitter, but my options were either silver or the color you see in the photos, which was described as a dusty pink but is really almost a mauve. I tied my feathers together using a thin white string to make a small bunting, which now hangs above my dresser. Another nice thing to look at in the morning...
